Train-the-Trainer Programme – WISC Talents Development Programme

To support training organisations in meeting the challenges of internationalisation, WISC Corp develops WISC Talents Development Programme to train internationalisation talents for our Approved Skills Partners (ASPs).

Overcoming these challenges will require training organisations to acquire talents with the right attitude, knowledge and expertise to conduct training and assessment overseas.

To understand the business needs, talent needs and skill-sets needed for internationalisation, WISC Corp conducted a market research. WISC Corp engaged business owners of training organisations, subject matter experts and already internationlising clients of ours through market surveys, interviews and focus group discussions.

Based on the insights gathered, WISC Talents Development Programme is developed. The programme is a competency-based certification programme that provides participants with the essential skills to deliver training and assessments across different industries.

We horne the skills and knowledge to perform the role of a trainer, facilitator or assessor in the Training Organisations or in the Workplace.
