We offer train-the-trainers and assessors’ course which is a competency-based certification programme that provides learners with the essential skills to deliver training and assessments across different industries.
We horne the skills and knowledge to perform the role of a trainer, facilitator or assessor in the Training Organisations or in the Workplace.
In this course, participants will learn to design and plan learning programs, assessment activities and tools, develop effective skills to facilitate learning and assessment for groups and individuals. Our train-the-trainer program emphasises on knowledge acquisition through reflective practice, active learning through skills practice and peer learning.
